Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Management(HRM)
- Human Resources Management (Including Labor Relations): Systematic personnel information management for tasks like personnel appointments and promotions, along with addressing labor issues and proactive management.
- Performance Evaluation/Compensation: Designing an evaluation system to motivate team members and planning and managing associated compensation schemes.
- Recruitment: Planning and executing recruitment processes based on workforce demand forecasts and operating recruitment branding and retention programs for proactive hiring.
- Human Resouces Development (HRD)
- Establishing, Developing, and Operating an Educational System: Designing the optimal educational system to support personnel growth and skills enhancement, and conducting appropriate educational programs and implementation.
Required Competencies
- In the case of personnel administration tasks, a thorough understanding of the overall personnel system and processes is required, and the tasks must be performed meticulously and accurately. Depending on the need, knowledge of labor laws, precedents, and clauses related to labor issues may also be required for effective response.
- In the field of performance evaluation/compensation, analytical and planning skills are required to establish evaluation criteria and institutionalize them based on a fundamental understanding of the industry and the job. Furthermore, problem-solving skills are needed to establish mechanisms that can address and enhance potential risks arising during the operation of the evaluation system.
- In the case of recruitment, logical thinking and planning skills are necessary for executing the recruitment process based on workforce demand forecasts, expanding the influx of new personnel, and conducting recruitment branding activities to secure suitable talent. Additionally, analytical thinking and planning skills are required for employee retention and long-term tenure initiatives to prevent attrition.
- For education specialists, integrated thinking and planning skills are essential for analyzing the current competencies of existing members and developing educational programs and content to cultivate competencies that align with the skills and needs required by the company.
