Key Responsibilities
- (1) Business Strategy Formulation
- Conduct SWOT analysis of the organization through internal/external assessment and forecasting Formulate strategies aligned with the internal and external environment and present the company's mission and vision - (2) Performance Management
- Establish business plans and define business performance based on the business strategy Derive methods to achieve goals through detailed planning Efficient resource allocation and budget management Provide directions for improvement based on the analysis of business performance - (3) New Business Development
- Analyze new businesses to determine their investment worthiness
Required Competencies
- A solid understanding of the current business model and the internal/external environment is necessary. Competencies in formulating future business strategies, establishing detailed management plans, and managing performance are essential. To achieve this, the ability to investigate and forecast the external environment based on an interest in and analytical approach to the business environment is required.
- Competencies in strategic analysis and creative planning are fundamental.
- Proficiency in analyzing the financial statements and having statistical knowledge to analyze the current management status and formulate strategies for goal achievement is necessary.
- Analytical skills related to business portfolios and the ability to assess the feasibility of new business ventures are required for discovering new business opportunities
