Key Responsibilities
- Feed Formulation R&D Specialist
- Formulation Ratio Based on Nutritional Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluation of raw material nutrients, operation of formulation ratio programs, and production planning.
- Livestock Health and Productivity Improvement: Continuous tracking of the optimal formulation ratio for raw material and quality improvement.
- Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement: Analysis of raw material cost performance and profit, analysis of future expected raw material costs and long-term margin forecasts.
- International Formulation Ratio Support: Development of international formulation ratios, management of international formulation ratio operations, and training of international formulation ratio personnel. - Fish Feed R&D Specialist
- Feed and Nutrition Research: Developing and managing fish feed nutrient systems for improved productivity, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
- Fish Feed Product Development and Management: Understanding fish physiology, customer needs, and market changes for the development and management of fish feed products.
- Environmental Sustainability Research: Promoting sustainable fish feed growth and maintaining health through environmentally friendly aquaculture methods and technological development.
- Providing Consultation Based on Specialized Knowledge.
Required Competencies
- Feed Formulation R&D Specialist
- Requires a solid understanding of livestock species-specific nutritional basics and knowledge of nutritional characteristics of various ingredients.
- Knowledge of accounting is necessary to understand the sales and revenue structure of feed production.
- Foreign language proficiency is required for managing and consulting on international feed formulations.
- Proficiency in operating feed formulation management software such as BEST MIX.
- Preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in Animal Nutrition. - Fish Feed R&D Specialist
- Understanding of key nutrients specific to different fish species and knowledge of the nutritional/physiological aspects of aquaculture feed ingredients.
- Knowledge of aquaculture facility specifications and the ability to create suitable aquaculture environments.
- Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in relevant fields based on their understanding.
