“Striving for Customer Delight Beyond Customer Satisfaction.”
CCM (Consumer Centered Management) is a certification system that evaluates whether companies structure all of their activities from a consumer's perspective, assess the continuous improvement of relevant management activities, and certifies their commitment through this evaluation. An initiative aimed at contributing to consumer satisfaction by spreading a consumer-centric corporate culture, building and maintaining consumer-related systems to enhance a company's competitiveness, and making efforts to promote consumer rights. CCM is certified by the Fair Trade Commission and operated by the Korea Consumer Agency. On July 1, 2010, Sunjin adopted CCM and has been making efforts to go beyond customer satisfaction in all of its management activities, aiming to delight its customers.
